Fun, inclusive golf meet-ups and competitions across Ireland — all skill levels welcome

Out2Golf Ireland is a non-profit, welcoming golf society for LGBTQ+ golfers and supporters for relaxed, welcoming golf events at clubs across Ireland. We organise social and competitive rounds in a friendly, inclusive environment — with golfers of all abilities very welcome.

Whether you’re a regular club golfer, getting back into the game, or playing in a society for the first time, you’ll find us a welcoming, supportive, respectful group that enjoy great days on the course.

Our story

Out2Golf Ireland is run by a volunteer committee of golfers who wanted a welcoming, inclusive place to enjoy the game. We are a non-profit, volunteer-led society that exists to promote inclusive golf.

We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy the sport of golf, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. Our group offers a fun and friendly environment where you can meet new people, improve your game, and enjoy the great outdoors with other gay golfers.

First time playing with us?
Many of our members attend their first event alone. You don’t need to know anyone, and you don’t need to be a low-handicap golfer — just turn up, you will be welcomed, be yourself, and enjoy the golf.

We respect members’ privacy at all times. There is no requirement to be “out”, and we never share personal details or photos without consent.

Our Members

Our members are from all over the 32 counties, and range from beginners to single figure players!

We pride ourselves on being all-inclusive, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion or culture.

We share a love of golf with other gay golfers from around the world, particularly with Out2Golf UK, the UK’s premier LGBTQI+ golf society , with whom we share society reciprocal arrangements.

We go on tours every year to the UK and Europe with them.
